AEB: New car, LCV sales in Russia fall 10.6% to 48,400 in March
MOSCOW, Apr 6 (PRIME) -- Russia’s sales of new cars and light commercial vehicles (LCVs) fell by 10.6% on the year to 48,400 in Thursday, the Association of European Businesses (AEB) said in a statement on Thursday.
In January–March, sales of new cars and LCVs in Russia dropped by 44.7% to 153,500 vehicles, the association said.
The data does not include China’s car producer Chery, whose sales ranked fifth in Russia in 2022, as well as sales of car producers BMW and Mercedes-Benz.
